The Titanomachy Begins - Zeus Rises Against the Cannibal King

Experience the Greek myth of Zeus's rebellion through authentic 1970s hard rock. From the deception of the stone-wrapped infant to the lightning that would overthrow the old order, this is the story of destiny fulfilled and tyranny shattered.

What to Expect. Acoustic intro with flute (Led Zeppelin III vibes) Explosive transition to heavy electric riffs Vintage 70s production with analog warmth Powerful high-register vocals Prog-rock storytelling with blues-rock fury

The Mythology: Kronos, king of the Titans, devoured his children to prevent the prophecy—that a son would overthrow him. But Rhea, his wife, saved the infant Zeus by hiding him in a cave and tricking Kronos with a stone wrapped in cloth. Raised in secret, Zeus grew strong, waiting for his moment. When lightning called to him, he returned to free his siblings and wage war against the old king. The Titanomachy had begun.

Musical Journey: This track captures the "vintage fantasy" aesthetic of 1970s progressive hard rock. Starting with an intimate, mystical acoustic section reminiscent of Led Zeppelin's "Battle of Evermore," it explodes into thunderous electric fury like Deep Purple and Uriah Heep. The soft-to-loud dynamic mirrors the narrative—from the quiet deception in the cave to the storm of rebellion. The flute adds that crucial 70s prog-rock mysticism, while the blues-rock guitar solo embodies Zeus's unleashed power.
